Sunday, 1 November 2009. I was called last week to be the Ward Clerk. I am quite overwhelmed by this calling. Despite, or maybe because of my previous call. It kept me away from my family most of the day, but I did get a chance to read a story with each of the children as our Daddy Sunday activity.

Monday, May 4, 2009. I swam this morning and it highlighted the fact that I have a lot of work that needs to be done to be ready for this triathlon. It felt good though and I swam 900m, which is 100 more than the swim leg of the race. I think I can be ready but it is going to take a strong effort to get there. My form was not good and I am going to have to really work on it if I want to be efficient. Anyway, I loved it. It felt good to be in the water. Sunday, May 3, 2009.
